1. Log into your cPanel account, and search for "File Manager".
2. Click on the "File Manger" Icon.
3. A new window will open which will show you all the files and folders in your account.
4. If you need to create a New File click on the "+File" button.
5. Now you will see a dialog box opening. Enter the file name with extension in the box which says "myfile.php" and then replace "myfile.php" with your preferred file name and click the "Create New File" button. It should create a new file for you.
6. If you need to create a New Folder click on the "+Folder" button.
7. Now you will see a dialog box opening. Enter the folder name in the box which says "New Folder Name" with your preferred folder name and click the "Create New Folder" button. It should create a new folder for you.
