1. Log into your cPanel account and search for "MySQL".
2. Click on the "MySQL Databases" icon.
3. Under the "MySQL Users" you will see a "Add New User" option.
4. Enter the new username you wish to create and enter your new password or use a password generator and then click the "Create User" button.
5. Your new user will be created and you will be shown a confirmation screen.
