How to rename a database in cPanel

1. Log into your cPanel account and search for "MySQL".

2. Click on "MySQL Databases" Icon.


3. Under "Current Databases", You can see a list of your all databases. Locate the Database and then click on the "Rename" button.

4. Change the database name and then click on the "Proceed" button.

5. Your DB name should change after clicking the "Proceed" button.
